FAQs

Common questions answered

Do I need a CNMC licence to subscribe to the wholesale service?

Yes. Pure wholesale service is restricted to operators registered with the CNMC (the Spanish telecoms regulator). If you don't have a licence, our white-label or partner models are the right route.

What is the minimum traffic volume?

There is no entry minimum, but pricing is tiered by estimated and consolidated monthly volume.

Can I sub-assign numbering to my own customers?

Yes. As a wholesale partner we allocate you ranges that you can sub-assign to your customers under your CNMC heading.

What SLA applies?

Standard SLA is 99.9% availability. For critical agreements we can define specific SLAs covering ASR, PDD and incident response times.

Do you offer trials?

Yes. Before signing we run a quality test against your priority destinations so you can validate the network.

Let's talk about your wholesale project?

We'll send you the pricing and quality matrices per destination. No commitment.
